The Farm Store Le Spiazzette is immersed in the rolling countryside of the Marche. Its backdrop is the often-snowcapped, and always enchanting, Sibillini mountains. It is a family-run business and thus the owners offer interesting information regarding the processing of their jams and preserves as well as of various ways in which they can be used. The plums, wild blackberries, pears, figs, apricots and the indigenous mela rosa (pink apples) are cultivated on their own land or on nearby farms.
